The Hymn Revival

Hymns are increasingly being remixed and adapted by contemporary christian music artists. This betrays "a hunger that, successful as it is, contemporary music has not been able to satisfy. That is the hunger for common song - for lack of a better word, congregational song." (Andrew Donaldson)

The Psalm Project, with its deep roots in a (Dutch) culture of psalm singing, satisfies this hunger with a collection of richly authentic adaptations of Genevan psalms.
